Powell police officers grow beards to raise funds for Special Olympics Wyoming

For 10 months out of the year, Powell police officers are prohibited from growing beards. But in January and February, they’re allowed to sport some additional facial hair as part of a fundraising effort for Special Olympics Wyoming.

Lieutenant and Sergeants Promoted

On 2/10/2021 the Powell Police Department held a promotion ceremony at City Hall on Wednesday, February 10th. Officer Dustin DelBiaggio was promoted to Sergeant. Matt McCaslin was promoted to Lieutenant. Matthew Brilakis was also promoted to Sergeant.
