On 2/10/2021 the Powell Police Department held a promotion ceremony at City Hall on Wednesday, February 10th. Officer Dustin DelBiaggio was promoted to Sergeant. Matt McCaslin was promoted to Lieutenant. Matthew Brilakis was also promoted to Sergeant.

The Cody and Powell police department’s Donate to Insulate fundraiser was a success. Cody’s group of bearded officers raised $4,690 for the Wyoming Special Olympics. A total of more than $6,800 was raised for the organization by the two departments.
