Powell Police Department held a promotion ceremony at City Hall on Wednesday, February 10th. Officer Dustin DelBiaggio was promoted to Sergeant. Dustin has served with Powell Police Department since August of 2019. Matt McCaslin was promoted to Lieutenant. Matt has served with Powell Police Department since October of 2004. He was previously promoted to Sergeant in August of 2012. Matthew Brilakis was also promoted to Sergeant. Matthew has served with the department since July of 2007.
