Sergeant DelBiaggio has been serving the City of Powell since 2019. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2021.

Prior to moving to Powell, Sergeant DelBiaggio was a Deputy Sheriff at the Humboldt County (CA) Sheriff's Office since 2014.

Sergeant DelBiaggio serves the department in many areas including: Field Training Officer (FTO).
