Officer Matt Koritnik joined the Powell Police Department in 2018.

He began his law enforcement career in 2011 at the Lovell, Wyoming Police Department. He also served at the Lander, Wyoming Police Department.

Officer Koritnik is assigned as the School Resource Officer (SRO) at Powell High School.

Additionally, he is a Drug Recognition Expert, a Field Training Officer (FTO), and a evidence custodian for the department.
